FAQs

  • The VIP reception begins at 6:00pm and the general event doors open at 7:00pm.

  • Set up for the event will being at 4:00pm. Monica will be your on-site point of contact (720)-980-9126. If you need to load-in anything via the loading entrance please let Monica know!

  • The entire event must be cleaned up by 1:00am. Please do not plan to leave ANY items at the venue past 1:00am.

  • Parking is not provided as part of the event, however, there are plenty of paid lots in the area as well as street meters if available. If you need to temporarily park to load in large quantities or heavy items, you may schedule a loading time slot via Monica.
